Our orders are shipped by DHL (with Track & Trace) to the following countries:

• The Netherlands (1-3 business days delivery time, shipping costs: €6,70)
• Belgium (2-4 business days delivery time, shipping costs: €8,98)

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the packing slip or invoice provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
